Audi RS Q8 To Launch In India

Audi India is soon going to add RS Q8 in its portfolio after its recent addition of Audi RS7. The brand has teased us with the car and is all set to introduce us with Audi RS Q8. According to Audi, the SUV will be a high performance sports car loaded with features which will be worth a shot of money.
The engine of Audi RS Q8 is gifted with a mild hybrid system (MHEV) that is based on a 48-volt main electrical system. Generally, it is a belt alternator starter that is connected to the crankshaft, it helps to recover up to 12kW of power during deceleration and braking and stores in the compact lithium-ion battery.
After actuating the accelerator, the belt alternator starter starts the engine immediately, MHEV monitors and demands for operation to start or stop at a speed up to 22 kmph. If a driver stops accelerating the at the speed between 55 kmph and 169 kmph, one of the two solutions are selected by monitoring the situation of driving and the Audi drive select dynamic handling current setting system.
To reach even new heights of efficiency, MHEV are connected to the camera sensors that detects the vehicle in front, if the front vehicle starts moving then the Audi RS Q8 will also accelerate even if the brakes are still pressed. The SUV is built on an octagonal single frame and the amazing look of front fascia is taken care by honeycomb grille. The air inlets at the side and the exhaust system at the back gives aggressive to the coupe SUV.
The car will be getting power from the integrated 4-litre V8 turbocharged gasoline engine which puts a magnitude of 600 bhp of high power and a peak torque figure of 800 Nm. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.8 seconds and can reach a speed of 200 kmph in 13.7 seconds.
The car has a top speed of 250 kmph which is electronically governed, if we go for dynamic package, the car holds a top speed of 305 kmph. The car has a standard 8-speed transmission system and the permanent all-wheel drive system is powered by 4.0 TFSI system.
Taking a look at the interior, the most eye catching feature is the MMI touch screen display. The instrument panel and the Alcantara lunar silver and black cloth adds compliment to its finishing. The expected price of the Audi RS Q8 will be around ₹ 1.33 crore (ex-showroom).
