Hero is a home grown two wheeler manufacturer popularly known due to its fuel efficient magnitude and low maintenance cost motorcycles. And for a while, the emerging reports suggests that the most selling two wheeler brand in the world is up in the making of Hero Karizma 300. It was assumed that Hero will equip the motorcycle with the 200 cc engine from xpulse but that’s not the case.
Like the Hero XF3R has made to 300 cc segment, Hero has planned to give the same platform to Karizma, and with that they are about to take the premium flagship motorcycle under their portfolio. Though Hero is promising to make a high performance motorcycle, but if we turn our head to look into the past, Hero doesn’t have a good history with Karizma. Surely the motorcycle grabbed attention of the audience for a while, but it soon got off from their interest list and the motorcycle discontinued in 2019 because of poor sales response.
Hero Karizma 300 is expected to be equipped with all the features that makes motorcycle not only a high performance type but also to compete with its rivals, like electronic fuel injection, dual channel ABS, liquid cooling, fully colored digital console. Hero Karizma 300 will be competing with the likes of TVS Apache RR310 and KTM RC 390. The expected price of the motorcycle should be around 1.70 to 1.80 lakhs. Karizma doesn’t have a good image at its past, Hero has to work hard and give all to Karizma 300 because when it comes to high performance, high price is worth payable.
