2018 Honda Forza 300


• Honda Motor Company has announced an official launch of BSVI compliant Honda Forza 300 in the upcoming year 2021.
• Honda has already delivered first four units of Honda Forza 300.
• It comes with 279 cc liquid cooled engine that generates a power of 24.8 bhp at 7000 rpm and torque of 27.2 Nm.

Honda Motor Company Ltd. is a renowned Japanese multinational conglomerate corporation best known for automobiles and power equipment manufacturing. Honda has took a new step in India scooter segment and become the first automobile manufacturer in India to enter the mid-size premium scooter by planning an official launch of Honda Forza 300 in the coming financial year 2021. Generally, this is a maxi scooter and Honda Forza is first of its kind. The Japanese Automobile manufacturer has delivered the four units of Honda Forza 300 scooters on special orders that were pre booked by the customers. The scooters delivered were BSIV models but the encouraging response and the excitement they received from customers, Honda has announce an official launch of BSVI compliant version of Honda Forza 300 in India.

This maxi scooter is powered by a liquid cooled 279 cc engine which generates a power of 24.8 bhp at 7000 rpm and a peak torque of 27.2 Nm. The company claims that the maxi scooter has a fuel efficiency of 31 kmpl and with a 11.5 litres of tank capacity it can approximately cover a range of 350 km. It also comes with Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) in which it can regain rear wheel traction by detecting the difference between the front and rear wheel speeds, calculates the slip ratio and control the engine torque via fuel injection, it is the first scooter from Honda to get this feature. Integrated with a radiator, the scooter measures 2142 mm in length, 754 mm in width, 1471 mm in height and 1510 mm in wheelbase.

Honda Forza 300 is equipped with top box, disc brakes at front and rear wheels, adjustable dual shock suspension at the back, LED lightening and dual headlamps


It has eye catching sporty design which just makes you say “WOW!!!!”, LED lightening, twin headlamps, semi-digital instrument cluster, smart key, lockable storage compartment, 12V charging socket and an adjustable screen that adjusts to 140 mm. The bike weighs 182 kg, can store two full faced helmet at the under seat, 33 mm telescopic forks in front and pre-loaded adjustable dual shock absorbers at the rear handles the suspension system.

It has a 15 inch front and 14 inch rear alloy wheels with 256 mm front and 240 mm rear disc with dual channel ABS. Honda has yet not announced the scooter’s price but it is expected to be around ₹2.5 lakhs to ₹3 lakhs. As we have said before, this maxi scooter is one of its kind in the segment so there is no competition for it right now, unless and until we hear some news from other manufacturers. This maxi scooter is perfect for enthusiasts who like long and easy ride with sporty looks as well as performance.
